Multiple | Aged | 40% ABV | Pot and Column Still
Plantation XO 20th Anniversary rum is a combination of pot-stilled and column-stilled Barbadian rums that are initially aged in the Caribbean in ex-bourbon casks for 12-20 years. They are then transported to France for a second 12-18 months aging in small French oak casks.
The first bottle of Plantation XO 20th Anniversary was created for the head of Cognac Ferrand Estate Alexandre Gabriel to honor his 20th year running the company. This special gift has resulted in the bottling we see today.

This has to be my personal favorite, smooth and dilicious. Like an exclusive candy store mixed with alcohol. Vanilla, banana, coconut, fudge, nougat and more perfectly blended.
I think that beauty of this bootle speaks for itself. There are many rums I need to have mood for them. But this one is awesome every time.

Well ballanced, pleasant smell
Pineapple, coconut, notes of cocoa, vanilla and sultana. Deep and complex. Flat delicious. Might be my favorite sipper. I especially enjoy the pineapple. This is one OUTSTANDING rum. Just as good on ice as neat. Smooth beyond compare. Clean lingering finish. Wonderful stuff.
Everything from taking it out of its box to releasing the cork for the first time built up an anticipation that did not disappoint. I have been drinking it neet. I even made some fantastic cocktails with it.

It’s too sweet, and the spiciness isn’t as round as I expected from such a batch. Unfortunately, I have to think it’s better in a cocktail than in a glass on its own.
