Plantation XO 20th Anniversary

Excellent choice from Plantation. Big supporter of their rums. Never been disappointed. Smells good. Tastes good. Great price - value

At this price, nothing I have tryed come close. Sweet and smooth. Theres a hint of coconut.

Surprisingly, this larger rum distillery offers a much better $50-70 rum than Appleton or Mount Gay.

This rum compares favorably to Zacapa Solara 23 and almost meets the same high standards of a Santa Theresa.

This rum is highly known and evaluated in the Czech Republic. I neglected it for a while, but in the end I have a second bottle and rum settled down as a permanent member of our rum shelf. Very interesting and pleasing taste, I'm not even talking about the bottle ...

Tento rum je vysoce známý a hodnocený i v ČR. Chvíli jsem jej opomíjel, no nakonec už máme druhou láhev a usadil se jako stálý člen naší rumové police. Velmi zajímavá a líbivá chuť, o láhvi ani nemluvím...

Oh, I never really liked Plantation in the past. I believe I tried a couple and I had some really bad memories about them. But last year at black friday they had this XO for a great price at my local rum shop and since the reviews were so convincing I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try and oh boy, was that my best decision of the year (apologies to my then girlfriend, whom I just asked to marry me a month before). Anyway, it's really is a great rum and couldnt be happier to went ahead and try it. So much so, that now I already ordered the 8 years old Barbados from Plantation, cause I'm really curious if I can find a cheaper and still great rum after the Pampero Aniversario. Lets hope that I wont regret it!

This rum was solid. I didn't find it exceptional, but well balanced and easy to sip.
