The Skeldon has all you can wish for a Demerera rum. In my opinion the best from El Dorado I have tasted. Very high on alcohol (ABV 58.3) but it is so well integrated.
Nose is intens with sour elements, spices and abricot.
Really good connection between nose and palate. Again I get some sour notes, some wood and fruity. I am so happy, this is really fantastic and extreme well balanced rum. If you get the chance to taste it, go for it!!
