Excellent flavor and taste. Very smooth. Great on the rocks or mixed with a cocktail. My favorite go-to bottle!
Not a bad rum to have on hand but there are better rums to have on hand.
Sweet, good, quite drinkable. Not fascinating, and not bad - just fine.
Inexpensive aged rum. Not a huge difference between the ages and the regular but still a great taste.
Nice rum with strong notes of banana. I'd buy again.
I like Bumbu Original, which is just in its own category of rums. And this XO tastes like the original, but then more mature.
One of the most accessible really nice rums. I personally love the opaque bottle although I know that's controversial (On one occasion I drank more than my fair share, and thankfully the matte black design shirked me of personal responsibility. Consider this when shopping for rums). The spices are not cloying or overwhelming at all, they support the flavor of the rum itself, which really shines here compared to other spiced rums. It's surprisingly gentle tasting alcohol-wise, and all around just gives off an air of refinement (at a relative bargain). Perhaps that very lightness and the good balance of spices are what really let you appreciate the taste of the rum itself in this one.
Better than the original. Like the flask with the iconic X and the taste is delicious. Ideal for casual drinking for an affordable price.
Solid, balanced RUM, I like that little bite at the End. Not for sweet lovers. Great first step to the world of sipping RUMS.
Notes of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg also come into play. It has little burn to no burn.
"It is a fair bit drier. There is a touch of oak and a little bit of spice. Traces of ginger and little cinnamon. It’s very very short finish wise."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
