Admiral Rodney HMS Royal Oak

Smooth, yet with personnality. Toasty oak. A bit on the expensive side though. Very enjoyable!

First admiral Rodney and can't wait to try more. Proper tasty and somewhat complex. Can easily do half a bottle in a sitting.

This is very special rum.
Deep and smooth, it's reminds me of like very old fashioned man.

A nose with a bit of maple. A taste of aged wood but just the right amount. A slight vegetative flavour, but overwhelmingly the smoothest rum I think Ive had in awhile. Incredibly smooth. I'll be diving into even more of their offerings in the near future because of this great sampling.

Strong, perhaps even spicy, with a very nice aroma and aftertaste. Unsure if sweetened - tastes like it a bit, but not in a disturbing manner. Would probably buy another bottle. Based on a tasting a 2cl sample.

Svatá lucie, melasový, stařený po bourbonu, 5-9 let. Vůně vanilka-bourbon ,chuť nasladlá-karamel.

The nose is fruit, brown sugar, oak and leather. The taste has all of those ingredients plus a subtle spicey sweetness with warms rather than fizzes on the tongue in just the right fashion. There is a lot of warmth to it and the aftertaste is long - maybe a hint of sherry, orange, caramel and a dry walnutty-element.
And that bottle and presentation box! Superb.

At first nip no smell and no taste yet leave it alone for a day and it's a nice rum caramel brown sugar and tropical fruits. Wow after a quarter bottle starting to taste more notes of tobacco and leather with the brown sugar and fruit notes really enjoyable

I am waiting to taste this, just added to my collection..
