Havana Club 7-Year Rum is distilled from fermented molasses and aged in charred white oak barrels for seven years.
Havana Club rum is still made in Cuba - where the company was founded by José Arechabala in 1878 and then nationalized in 1959 after the Cuban Revolution. Havana Club is now jointly owned by Pernod Ricard and the Cuban government.

Its good, but a bit on the strong side. Great with coke and lime though.
Supermarkets sell it for £22 and readily available. Perfect for mixing a rum and coke good all rounder but not a sipper
Havana Club 7 is a piece of my personal collection.
I can drink this rum only in a mixed cocktail.
Here is a Classic mixer for wij wants a little bit more Class in its glass. Goes sown very well with a coke, mime and lots of ice. Perfect apero drink after a day at the beach.
The base to compare to every other rum. For this price it is quite good.
For its price, its an incredible rum. You dont expect to find this quality in such a cheap bottle. Smooth, really oak-like taste. Superior to standard havana club.
Niet fantastisch, mist smaak. Wel te drinken in nood.
Was bought a bottle as a gift and absolutely loved it, have bought many since. Great value
My standard rum to mix with Coke, Lime & Ice but also OK to sip it purely. Good bang for the buck but not my fav in the tumbler.
Havana Club Añejo 7 Años has a dazzling and clear mahogany colour...

Their is a creamy/buttery vanilla like smell oak, dry tobacco and smokiness.
"It’s very hot, spicy and very bitter. Luckily the burn isn’t bad and very short. Subsequent sips are much smoother."

Good everyday rum, great with coke, not a sipper though
