Personally think this is a bit overpriced ... many similar tasting rums on the market with better value for money ... not bad at all just average

Everyone knows Havana club, but this one is too good for a Cuba libre.

Better buy the cheaper HC rum for cocktails. But still better than comparable Bacardi imo

I'm positively surprised when I drank it after seeing the cheap price.

Nose: smoky, wood, chocolate, leather
Palate: complex, not sweet, smoky and woody
Finish: heavy notes disappear quickly

Now, I'm no smoker, but when I drink rum I make an exception - only for cigars, of course. As such, this classic cuban does not disappoint.

Aromatic and delicate. Full body and aksamite finish

First had in this in Cuba, and it cemented my love for rum. Wonderfully smooth I could drink it all day long.
