Bumbu Original

An interesting fruity flavor, but there is something very distinct in it, which clearly bothers me and overshadows everything good.

I originally was not impressed with Bumbu. There was too much banana and vanilla. Then I decided to try it with Dr Pepper. Wow what a difference!

Dr Pepper usually doesn't mix well and I typically drink rum and coke but this time it really works. Give it a try. It tones down the banana notes and brings out a creamy vanilla taste.

Very sweet with heavy vanilla. It is nothing like it's big brother XO. The sweetness and vanilla works well when mixing with soda.

Good and sweet, and easy to drink, nice color and box.

I've really enjoyed it. I like sweet rums and it's great one) you'll 100% remember it after one sipping. It's something similar to Rumbullion.
And the bottle is really cool.
So, great one!

If you go into this expecting a great aged rum you will be disappointed, but if you go in expecting a great spiced rum I think you will be very happy. This is great to sip if you like sweeter rums but I actually prefer it for mixing. It's great in tiki drinks. If you lean into the subtle banana flavor, I highly recommend this for a banana daiquiri.

Sweet, smooth rum with banana tastes throughout. Good mixer for fruitier cocktails.

An absolute banger. One of my favourite spiced rums. Tastes exactly like choko banana. Banana, chocolate, vanilla and caramel. If it was a bit cheaper I'd give this 10 out of 10 but since the price shot up I'll give it 9 out of 10.

Vanilla and Caramel finish. Seems like this year's has a more ethanol taste to it.
