Classic Mixers Differences?
I've been looking at some classic (mostly rum based) cocktail recipes from Disney cookbooks from the 70s and 80s.
One of the most confusing ingredients is 'Lemon Bar Mix'. I've seen it described other places as another name for sour mix, except the same cookbook ALSO has drinks that use sour mix.
Can anyone tell me what the differences are (and maybe how to make or substitue for):
Sour Mix (I've seen 2:2:1 Simple syrup, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice recommended (sometimes 1:1:1))
Lime Juice Concentrate
Lemon Bar Mix
Lemon Sour Mix
I think there's a Youtuber that does a lot of Disney cocktails. Might want to check that out? Maybe that'll come up! Or contact the person, he might know.
Actually, I have really old physical Disney Cookbooks. I only recently started trying the cocktails in them.
