Bacardi 151

This is your drink, if you can stomach it. Taste is terrible, burns like hell and is something no one should ever be buying off store shelves.

Not the biggest fan of overproofs. For this reason, just a little hard to love when it hits like it does.

With Bacardi and my palette it is becoming a common theme that the rum they produce it’s horrible. I’m not a fan at all of the over proofs to start with but pusses and black seal are miles ahead in complexity of flavour and drinkability.

This is very potent stuff, good for mixing with. Can be over kill due to the alcohol level.

Will get you drunk. Literal fire. Sometimes it tastes like......vanilla? After the vomiting.

This rum appears to have been designed solely for show, either setting fire to stuff (cocktails) or "one-upmanship" (my balls are bigger than yours) types of drink challenges. Look it up on Youtube to find a video of a Latino guy skulling an entire bottle, I don't know if he is still alive, but for sure he puked after the video. This is not a tasty rum, it is a hazardous material.

Bacardi151 a good overproof rum for cocktails and shooters. Not made for sipping. A great shot at the end of the night to turn your light out. You will feel the burn of the 75% alcohol going through your body. Not for the weak.

Comparing this with Cruzan aged 151, it has the same belt and burn, but this one lacks any actual interesting flavor. Granted the Cruzan is aged, so perhaps not quite fair. If you have a choice go with something else, but this one packs the punch just fine :)
