Bought at a close-out price of $38. Starts out light, very smooth, slight burn at the end.

Came as part of a Bacardi tasting set. Hard to believe that this is made by the same species as some of their other offerings. Made the entire tasting set worth the money. Really nice and subtle, guess I'm going to have to buy a bottle now.

Geruch schwach nach gedรถrrten Frรผchte, Vanille.

I have stayed away from Bacardi since the 90โ€™s, but stumbled across this one over Xmas.

A very decent sipper and a great mixer.

Itโ€™s not as booze heavy as I expected, and it has a pleasant initial sip.

Itโ€™s reasonably priced, so I feel itโ€™s a great value.

A really nice sipper, nothing incredible, but very solid sipper for a Bacardi.

Quite sharp alcohol on the nose, which kind of overpowers the pleasant notes of oak and vanilla. On the palate it gains a bit of honey and spice as well (maybe a hint of cola?), but it is probably one of the lightest mouthfeels I have ever tried in a significantly aged rum. Aftertaste is over quite quickly. All in all a good experience, but not quite worth the price in my opinion.

Por el precio, el 8 aรฑos es mejor. No habia necesidad de subirlo a 10 aรฑos pues la diferencia es floja y sigue siendo bacardi tradicional. Sigue necesitando su mixer

A little sharp with a very simple sweet taste. Nothing special here

Iโ€™ve never really liked Bacardi more than just in a drink. But this dark 10 year old was a lot better than expected. So even if you donโ€™t like Bacardi you should definitely not skip trying this one.

Silky smooth. No real burn. Not too sweet. Goes down well. Light on the pallet in my opinon.
