Aroma/ smell: omg, I already know it’s gonna be good. Vanilla, honey, all there for me.
Body: veeeeery smoooooth.
Taste : Yep! Smoot, chocolate, vanilla, Honey, smoky
Finish: persistency of aromas as per above
Final score: not Very far from La Flibust; for me this is a 9,5 .
Comments: orgasmic. Very difficult to find unfortunately. Got 2 bottles from Austria at a not very cheap 150 Eur a pop but tbh worth every penny (or Eur)...! If you can find it, pull out your credit card and buy it!

This is the best rum I’ve ever had. I tasted at the 9. Grf. Very, very good!

Un trés bon rhum, mais personnellement je préfère le 30 ans

8,3:On the nose, this rum is woody, round and roasted. We find coffee, brown sugar, that turns to caramelized and some orange peel. It is also fresh, with chlorophyll. From the roasted side, we have burnt sugar, it is slightly medicinal, there is some vanilla, chocolate and licorice, tannins, complex. The wood is toasted with coconut.
Aeration gets the molasses and caramelized wood even more more toasted, becomes spicy, there are nuts, vanilla, caramel. It is fresh and juicy, perfumed, after a while dried fruits join in.
8,2:On the palate, the attack is soft, thick, gourmand and quite sweet with woody character, vanilla, caramel, nuts and a bit spicy with sweet spices, some orange peel, coffee, coconut note and a slight hint of dried fruits. Here is also a bit perfumed, round and balanced.
8:The finish is sweet, with caramelized nuts, toasted coconut, woody and some tannins.

Grande Ron! Aroma pieno e di grande struttura, caramello e vaniglia, cioccolato, frutta secca, uvetta un po’ di prugne con sentori di ciliegia. Al palato è morbido e setoso, quello che esprime al naso lo ritrovi in bocca. MAGNIFICO!

He tenido oportunidad de tomar últimas versiones de esta marca, y se me hace muy difícil diferenciar diferencias con versiones especiales de ron flor de caña, la diferencia más identificada en paladar es la dulzura en producto. El primero expresa no azúcar y el segundo con más dulzura.

Podrían ser ambas marcas estar usando mismos envejecido o ser parte de la misma empresa.

Hasta sus presentaciones tienen mismos nombres, mismas añadas en etiqueta y hasta mismas versiones especiales. Muy similares la verdad

This is quite possible the best rum I've ever tasted. I have one bottle and I'm deliberately taking it easy.

After trying this one I have bought the 20, 25 versions but all were a bit harsh for me. This one is their best.

I když patří již k extra drahým lahvím rumu, rozhodně stojí za to. Přijde ti jako blend Unhiq XO, Esclavo XO Strange Cask, Cubaney Centenario.

Plnost, ideální sladkost, hodně těžký na jazyku. Míchání rozinek, medu, muškát, povidla. Je tam toho spousta s dlouhatánským závěrem.
