A good alternative if you want to make some cocktails, but dont want to use your high end rum.
Very good with cola, not the cheapest, but very popular and accessible.. Therefore one of my top picks
Den er nok kun til drinks men det er den da også god til
N- Ash, creme brulee with grassy crushed leaf, sort earthy, some solvent, paper-ish white oak honey, gets citrus-y and better overtime actually, with scents of new make spirits lying in the middle. (17/25)
P- Concentrated citrus chewing gum, even some tart strawberries, some light honey. Refreshing with adequate weight and body, thirst quenching. (17/25)
F- Medium-long, tangy citrus honey, echoing of sweet new make. (17/25)
Balanced:- Simple citrus sweet but still decent on sips, is meant and heavily promoted for mixing. Good that the ethanol are kept at bay, at least to the very minimum. (17/25)
Weighted Rate:- 68pt

It's good for cocktails... Not to drink solo........
Se mélange tres bien pour des cocktails de bonne qualité.
Ok to make a mojito, and that's it. Summer bbq stuff with no exigent people
Zoals de titel al zegt, de perfecte rum voor een heerlijke cuba libre of mojito. Zacht van smaak en geen nare na-smaken
With a price comparable to all Bacardi carta and taste very well above all those combined, this is quite good straight and near perfect in cocktails. Definitely a go to non-agricole rum for cocktails, was really good in daiquiri and absolute blast in mohito.
'intense nose with accents of vanilla, caramelized pears'
"Havana Club 3-Year rum review by The Ultimate Rum Guide"
The nose is very sweet.
"When sipped the rum is fairly smooth but it doesn’t have an abundance of flavour. Its sweet but very short."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Not impress even for mixing in cocktail. Nothing special. Opt for something else
