Bumbu Original

This rum is one of the best price/performance.
It’s more on the sweet side, but very tasty.

I was very excited to try this rum but was disappointed. If anyone knows a drink that this rum works in I am all ears.

To me it is far too sweet and way too much orange flavor to be enjoyable. I made an old fashioned and it literally tasted like bubblegum, which is not what I am looking for at all in that type of drink.

This and the current Pyrat XO fall into the same boat for me, one I definitely prefer not to be aboard…

It's a very casual drink, nice for when you aren't fussy and just feel like a rum and cola

Awful fake banana sweetness - like child sweet shop gone horribly wrong. Save your money and avoid!!!! This isn’t rum, this is pure bs marketing

Bumbu original. Very sweet, hints of fruit (is that banana I taste?) mixed second glass with pineapple juice which was also good.

When you get this rum at first you Will think it's a nice smell. A nice banana smell. The taste is 's bit harsh it's not, not drinkable. But when you get to learn different kinds of rum. You know that it isn't that good.

Perhaps it was sitting by a fire after a long day but this rum impressed me!
Smooth with an incredibly delicious flavor. Nice finish with a lingering taste making you want more.

I enjoy the vanilla profile with bumbu. My favorite way to drink bumbu is in an old fashioned cocktail. Very enjoyable!

Think this is one of the better rums I have tasted so far. I'm loving the sweetness in the taste and you actually taste the vanilla when you drink it. On the other side I like to have some other rums on the side to balance the sweetness.

XO was more harsh, needed ice. Original was smooth, very vanilla heavy.
