This is a lovely rum, don't understand why the overall rating is so low to be honest

This rum is very palatable. I drank some and found it to be very smooth and enjoyable.
Its not very strong to the taste but quiet the gentle and not overpowering
Very nice

Färgen är tilltalande. Beskrivningen på etiketten är lockande vanilj, nötter och torkade tropiska fukter. Men när man väl har öppnat flaska noch doftar på rommen så blir man besviken, doftar mest alkohol. Och smaken, finns ingen direkt karaktär och sp gott som nästan obefintliga toner av vanilj, nötter och torkade tropiska frukter.

Men den duger att blanda med cola, ett plus iaf...

Light colour, the taste is very shallow and watery and has a strong alcohol smell. it's missing the body, taste and ingredients. the aftertaste is a bit strong and bitter. i'm pretty disappointed

Thoughts: A pretty non-existant rum. The burn of cheap alcohol is present and we could detect some white pepper spice, slight oaky notes and after a few sips maybe a drop of vanilla. At £23 we feel it's not even worth that and continues with the tradition that Barcardi in the UK is known for cheap, nightclub-consumed alcohol. The only way we'd recommend you drink it is with a mixer to hide it.

Wouldn’t drink it by itself, but is passable when used in mixed drinks, most notably with coke. Honestly only bought it becauseI was curious, it was on sale and came with a free glass. Most likely will not buy more once the bottle is empty.

Ok, this isn't a great rum, but it is better than what most people suggest here: a decent tipple for every day.

I bought it out of curiosity.because of the low average rating. It's not a nipper but certainly not bad for a simple Cuba Libre.
Because of the price actually recommended.
