Sure you can taste some banana and vanilla, but what shines through without overpowering is the Quebec maple syrup. Great as a eclectic mixer and I sipped some straight without complaint. My neighbor likes the bottle design so much I have to save it for them when I'm done. If you are looking for a high quality spiced for just a few dollars more, then this impresses. Not sure if you can get it outside of Quebec, Alberta, and Manitoba right now, which is a shame. I was pleasantly surprised all round.
