Plantation 2011 Single Cask Fiji Marsala 12-Year

Vanilla, caramel, raisins in aroma; sweet start, raisins, cinnamon, clove and wood in body; short tail.

Drank the "saleny vychod edition 2023" made for eastern Slovakia. The wine cask had a lot of impact and gave the rum a strong brandy/Metaxa flavor. It's not what I seek in rum, but it's a good room overall.

Melasa, víc jsem nemohl identifikovat do konkrétních tonu, tak jsem si přečetl popisek a jo sladký tabák a broskve se tam dají najít. V chuti dřevo, zemitost, spálený cukr, pomeranče. Tohle se povedlo.
