Sampled on 6-26-24 at the Lake Loon Kill Devil Rum Club tasting event hosted by Adrienne Stoner of Planteray Rums. This pours a dark golden color. Has a sherry aroma. Woody. I get rose hips. A bit of quinine and spruce flavors also. Acorn squash and burnt oranges to th finish. Quite good.
