Tasted the 2011 Trinidad single cask yesterday at a rum tasting and out of 7 Plantation's, this was my least favourite one. It doesn't feel like it has a lot of body and it only has an aftertaste that wasn't really my cup of tea.
This single cask spent its last months in Sauternes wine casks.

Vůně: Klasický Trinidad, ale slabší
Chuť: Staré pražce, lehce špinavá, koření, lehká hořkost
Dochuť: Slabší špinavý Trinidad, Sauternes jsem neobjevill,
Celkově řidší, chtělo by to více ABV, ale za mne, dá se.
Mám totiž pro Trinidad (tedy spíše Caroni) slabost. 😁

Aroma: fruits (citrus fruits) and that aroma that is typical for rums from this country like technical aroma (very simillar to Albert Michler Trinidad 2002 Rum CZ/SK and his weaker twin).

Taste: almonds and ginger plus a very similar flavor profile to the aforementioned rum.

Overall: For me, this was a really nice rum, but if I had to choose, I'd go with the Trinidad 2002 Albert Michler. These one felt like he is missing something, but still very good rum, recomend to try.
