Plantation 2007 Jamaica Clarendon MSP 15-Year

It has a great balance. I am a plantation fan. It had caramel notes but you still feel a little lemongrass.

Straight down the middle not too funky not too sweet, a little bit of funk its the baby bear of rums just right

Tasted at the Lei Away rum tasting #1 on 9-1-23. Dark rich golden color. Muted Jamaican funk aroma. Medium mouth feel, but a really great balanced hogo with the candy cane sweetness. Very nice to sip. The wood comes out in the back end. Good stuff.

The hotel barman warned me of the price before I had a double without ice. A truly great rum for sipping. I enjoy the fire in Jamaican rum so this was a perfect after dinner drink. It was so good I had a second.

Muy buena opción. En nariz algo punzante, encontramos mucha fruta tropical en concreto piña madura y un poco de aroma a barniz. En boca es algo picante y se nota la potencia alcoholica en la lengua. Hace salivar e invita a seguir bebiendo.
