Neisson Blanc 50 vs 52.5
I'm completely new to agricoles, and have decided (I think?) on trying out one of Neisson's offerings.
However, I see both these listed:

What (apart from the ABV) is the difference, and is one substantially better (or different) than the other?
You might want to visit the Neisson site, they have a bit of info on the two - not a lot, but it might give you some hints.
It appears that the 52.5 is rested/reduced over a 3 month period vs. 6 weeks for the 50%
Can't comment on whether or not one is better than the other or other differences.
